Rimkus is a worldwide leader in Engineering and Technical consulting services specializing in forensic consulting, construction dispute resolutions and solutions for the built environment and product development support for the consumer, industrial and healthcare industries.

Focused responsibilities on systems enablement & business operational capabilities supporting the Global B2B business and complete Logitech portfolio.  Responsible for B2B Tech stack including SFDC.

Joined the Global Video Collaboration Commercial organization in its infancy and established Global Sales Operations team and operational governance from the ground up to support a multi-billion business.

Created a Sales Operations organization responsible for Inside Sales Business Planning, Forecasting, Commissions  and Compensation Plans, Pricing and Partner Communications supporting a $1B revenue business in Retail, Etail, Mass and Distribution and emerging B2B/VC and Latin American channel.  Lead transformation to a Sell Thru, Multi-tiered planning business model. Created agile team poised to pivot and navigate a multitude of micro/macro changes.

Foreasting & Demand Planning

Logitech, Inc

Defined and implemented global sales forecasting process including metrics and ownership guidance.  Drove executive S&OP process for approved demand plans, buffer strategies, allocation decisions and critical action plans.  Re-engineered planning process resulting in a 4-week improvement in cycle time.

Quantum Corporation

Developed global business planning function reporting to the EVP of WW Sales covering $4B annual revenue in a traditionally constrained supply business model. Established quarterly alignment plans with divisional business units and interacted extensively with Marketing, Operations, Fulfillment, Finance and C-level executives.
